FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Case Study at Manufacturing Companies Industry Basic Chemistry and the period 2011 – 2015 )

Abstract

The value of the company is the site of production activities and gatherings of all factors of production. This research aims to analyze the influence of the profitability, capital structure, and firm size against the value of the company by the company's performance as an intervening variable. The population in this research totalled 58 companies. The selection of samples is done by the method of purposive sampling, so that generated 20 manufacturing companies Industry Basic chemistry and the period 2011 – 2015. This analysisis metode used panel data regression.
The results of this research that 1) profitability, capital structure, and size of the company influential positively and significantly to financial performance, 2) profitability was negative and not significant effect to the value of the company, 3) the capital structure and size of the company’s was negative effect and significantly to the values of the company, 4) a positive and significant effect against the value of the company's financial performance,5) financial performance mediate the influence the profitability of companies, 6) financial performance does not mediate the influence of the capital structure and size of the company's againts the value of the company.
