Abstract


The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of the
original income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK)
to the Capital Expenditure by Regional Economic Growth as an intervening variable in the
Regency / City in Central Java..
The analytical method used in this research is the method kuantitaitif with multiple
regression testing by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research
model. The variable in this study is revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and
Special Allocation Fund (DAK) as the independent variable and Capital Expenditure and
Economic Growth Regions as the dependent variable.
The entire study population of Budget Realization Report (LRA) regency / city in
Central Java province, amounting to 35 counties and cities, using the technique as a sample
census from 2012 until 2015.
The results of this study are: revenue (PAD) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK)
positive significant effect on Economic Growth of Regional, the General Allocation Fund
(DAU) had no significant effect on Economic Growth Regions, Local Revenue (PAD,
Allocation Fund (DAU) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) a significant positive effect
on Capital Expenditure, and Regional Economic Growth had no significant effect on the
Capital Expenditure Budget on the districts / cities in Central Java Province.
