PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, KINERJA KEUANGAN, PROFITABILITAS DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (STUDI KASUS TAHUN 2012-2014)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, company
financial performance, profitability on the company’s and liquidity againts corporate
value at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). This data retrieval method used is
purposive sampling. Population in this studymanufacturing companies listed on the
Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2012 to 2014 with sample amounted
to 25 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with significant
alpha 0,05. The data in this study is obtained from the financial statements of
companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange(BEI) period 2012 to 2014. The
result of the research shows that profitability has positive and significant effect to
firm value, liquidity has positive effect not significant to firm value, while capital
structure and financial performance have no effect to firm value.
