PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS,KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KEBIJAKAN DEVIDEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR FOOD AND BEVERAGEYANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2012 -2016

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, investment decisions, corporate growth on the value of the company with dividend policy as an intervening variable in the manufacturing food and bevergae listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016.The population used in this research is the manufacturing sector of various industries of food and beverage consumption goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 to 2016. The sample technique used in this study is the selection of samples with consideration (purposive sampling). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research are: profitability affect the dividend policy, investment decisions and corporate growth have no effect on dividend policy, profitability and investment decisions affect the value of the company, corporate growth and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.
