PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN STRUKTUR MODAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Case Study at the company’s most active in BEI and the period 2011 – 2015 )

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the company's Growth and Profitability of the company's capital structure as an intervening variable. The population in this research is the most active Companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period from 2011 to 2015. The selection of samples is done by the method of purposive sampling, so that the resulting companies to be more active in this research sample.
The method of analysis used in this study is 1) financial analysis, 2) Classic Assumption Test that consists of a test of Normality, Heteroskedastisitas, and Multicollinearity, 3) Multiple regression analysis to find out the direct influence and not directly provided the dependent variable against the independent variable through the intervening variables.
The results of this research menjukkan that do not directly influence the profitability of the company through a capital structure as intervening variable. The company's growth has positive influence significantly to the value of the company through a capital structure as intervening variable. Capital structure has a positive influence significantly to the value of the company.
