PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN INVESTMENT OPORTUNITY SET (IOS) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN HARGA SAHAM SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Properti dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2012-2016)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and investment opportunity set (ios) on the value of the company with the stock price as an intervening variable on the property sector companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. This research was conducted by using path analysis technique with the help of SPSS. The population in this study amounted to 37 companies and taken samples of 4 companies by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of annual and financial reports from 2012-2016 taken through the site www.idx.co.id. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that: 1) ROA has positive and significant effect on Stock Price, 2) PER has negative and insignificant effect on Stock Price, 3) ROA has positive and significant effect on PBV, 4) PER has negative and insignificant effect to PBV , 5) Stock Price has positive and significant effect on PBV, 6) Stock Price able to mediate ROA to PBV and 7) Stock Price able to mediate PER against ROA. Hopefully further research can choose companies that have better financial statements so as to obtain good results.
