BANGUNAN MIXED USE DI SEMARANG DENGAN PENDEKATAN ARSITEKTUR MODERN (MIXED USE BUILDING IN SEMARANG WITH MODERN ARCHITECTURAL APPROACH)

Berkembangnya kota Semarang sebagai kota terbesar di Jawa Tengah ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal. Perancangan ini ditujukan untuk dapat mewadahi berbagai kepentingan dan beberapa aspek. Konsep mixed use building sendiri memiliki beberapa fungsi seperti hotel, apartemen, pusat hiburan, restaurant dan lain-lain. Didesain dengan menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur modern secara vertical bangunan ini dapat mewadahi beberapa fungsi sekaligus dapat menghemat biaya serta waktu penghuni untuk dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan aktivitas hiburan lainnya.

Abstract

The development of Semarang as the largest city in Central Java is marked by an increase in population and the need for shelter. This design is intended to accommodate various interests and several aspects. The concept of mixed use building itself has several functions such as hotels, apartments, entertainment centers, restaurants and others. Designed using a modern architectural approach vertically this building can accommodate several functions at the same time can save costs and time for residents to be able to carry out other entertainment activities.
