PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA,POSISI STAFFING DAN DISTRIBUSI RASA KEADILAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KARYAWAN PT SAI APPAREL INDUSTRIES SEMARANG

Abstract


This researchaims todetermine the effect ofexperience, placementsand fairness distributive justice to employee satisfaction of PT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarang. The populationin this studyis an employeeof PT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarang, amounting to 715 people, with a sample of 88 persons with a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis isused validity and reliability, classic assumptiontest, multiple regression analysis and t testand F test. The results is showed there aresignificant positive of effectfromthe variable experience toemployee satisfaction of PT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarang, with aregression coefficientof0,137andt value(2,055)>t table( 1,663). There is asignificant positive effectofthe variableplacementto employee satisfaction of PT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarang, with aregression coefficientof0,835andt value(12,174)>t table(1,663). There is asignificant positive effectofthe variabledistributive justiceto employee satisfaction ofPT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarang, inter alia, the regression coefficientof 0,132andt value(4,117)>t table(1,663). There is asignificant positive effectof the variableexperience, placementanddistributive justicetogetheron employee satisfactionof PT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarang, thecalculated F value( 161,413)>F table(2,707)andsign(0,000)<sign (0,05).
Shouldpartyat the PT Sai Apparel Indonesia Semarangappreciate theaccuracy of the resultsobtained bythe employeein theworkby givingpraiseorrewardforperformance tobe achieved. In addition,the company shouldgivethe responsibility andobligation to theemployees in accordance with thecapacity, so for placinga positionin theemployee shouldbe testedfirst.
