PENGARUH KOMPETENSI ENTREPRENEURIAL, STRATEGI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN MODAL SOSIAL TERHADAP KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF BERKELANJUTAN DENGAN KINERJA USAHA (PENGUSAHA) SEBAGAI VARIABLE INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada UKM Mebel di Desa Kembang Kab. Jepara)

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to know : (1) Influence of entrepreneurial variable (2) Influence of variable of entrepreneurship strategy (3) Influence of social capital to continuous competitiv sustainability and performance of entrepreneurs of UMKM carving inJepara. This research is categorized as survey research, where the instrument of this research is a questionnaire. Population in this research is all Business actors UMKM carving in Jepara. Sample taken in this research counted 88 respondents. Instrument validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analisys while reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study found that : There is influence between Entrepreneurial Competence, Entrepreneurship Strategy and Social Capital to Performance Pengsuaha with the concept of Competitive Arms as intervening variable is as follows : t table are 4.411, 2.183, 4.411> 1.662, and significance below 0.05. The contribution of independent variable to dependent is (R2) is 0%. The regression equation obtained Y = 1.096 + 0.316X1 + 0.161 X2 + 0.472 X3.
