Abstract


Employee performance is the main capital for a company to be able to maintain its existence in the industrial world. Many things that support for human resources to have good quality and performance, one of which is Organizational Citizenship Behavior, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The purpose of this research is to know the working relationship and organizational commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. To determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and citizenship behavior on employee performance.
Population in this research is all employees of production of PT. Fumira Semarang as many as 92 people. The sample required is 92 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique (census). Statistical analysis performed.
The results of the research are as follows: (1) There is positive influence and significant job satisfaction on Organizational Behavioral Behavior, (2) There are positive and significant influence of organizational commitment to the Behavior of Citizenship, (3) There is positive influence and significant job satisfaction and organizational commitment and (5) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment to employee performance, (6) there is a positive and significant influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance , (7) there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and citizenship behavior together to the performance of employees of PT. Fumira Semarang
