Abstract


This study aims to determine the differences in the health level of Central Java banks and
BPD DIY banks by using different tests and analyzing the health level of Central Java banks and
BPD DIY banks in terms of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital in
2012-2016. The RGEC variable used in this study consists of NPL, ROA, and CAR.
The data used in this study were obtained from the annual report of the Central Java
bank and BPD DIY banks during the period 2012-2016 issued by each bank. The analysis
technique used to see the comparison of the health level of Central Java banks and BPD DIY
banks is a different test one sample test. The results showed that after analyzing it can be seen that
from each variable NPL, ROA and CAR there are differences. While the variable rating of bank
health level between Central Java banks and BPD DIY banks from each variable NPL, ROA, and
CAR does not have a difference.
