Abstract


This study aims to determine the strategy to develop the human resources of PT Advantage SCM
Semarang Branch by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. The
research method used is the Qualitative Method of SWOT Matrix, Table IFAS, EFAS.
From the IFAS table calculation, the strength is lower than the weakness, and the calculation of the
EFAS table is greater than the threat, so the point of the diagram is at the point and 1 stability. The strategy
used is the right strategy that must be applied by PT Advantage SCM Semarang Branch based on SWOT
ANALYSIS by implementing the SO Strategy (Strength - Opportunities) this strategy is used to harness the
power of the company to capture the opportunities of existing companies.
