Abstract


This study aims to examine compensation, work environment, and leader's policies towards work performance mediated job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pelangi kinasih Tunggal Karsa.
This research was conducted with the method of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to company employees in the company PT. Pelangi Kinasih Tunggal Karsa. By using a sample of 128 research respondents, then analyzed with SPSS regression and path analysis.
The results showed the compensation variable (X1) has a count of 4.579> t table 2.402 and the significance level of t count 0.000 <α = 0.05 said that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y1). Work environment variables (X2) t count -0.507 <t table 2.402 and the significance level t count 0.613> α = 0.05 and negative sign, the work environment has a negative and not significant effect on job satisfaction (Y1). Company policy variables (X3) t count 5.810> t table 2.402 and the significance level t count 0.000> α = 0.05, leader's policy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y1). The compensation variable (X1) t counts is -2.874 <t table 2.402 and the significance level t counts 0.005 <α = 0.05 and compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2). Work environment variables (X2) t count 0.433 <t table 2.402 and the significance level t count 0.666> α = 0.05 work environment has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2). Company policy variables (X3) t count -1,912 <t table 2,402 and the significance level t count 0,058> α = 0,05 and company policy has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2). Job satisfaction variable (Y1) t count 3,913> t table 2,402 and the significance level t count 0,000 <α = 0,05, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2). Compensation variable (X1) t count -1,419 <t table 2,402 and the significance level t count 0,159> α = 0,05 compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2). Working environment variable (X2) t count 0.242> t table 2.402 and the significance level t count 0.809> α = 0.05 work environment (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2). Leader Policy Variables (X3) t count -0.109 <t table 2.402 and the significance level t count 0.914> α = 0.05, company policy (X3) has a positive and significant effect on work performance (Y2).
