STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MELALUI ANALYSIS SWOT PADA YAYASAN NURUL HAYAT SEMARANG

Abstract


This research aims to determine the strategy to develop the human resources of Nurul Hayat Foundation Semarang Branch by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats owned by the company. The research method used is the qualitative method of SWOT Matrix, Table EFAS and IFAS table. strength is lower than the weakness and calculation of the EFAS table opportunities greater than the threat so that the point of the diagram is at the point of quadrant 1 stability.From the SWOT table found IFAS knowledge sharing strategy can help employees increase the ability and get promotion in accordance with ability.From the SWOT table found the EFAS management strategy that continues to be improved so as to reduce employee layoffs and determine the main strategy that can be done by the company Nurul Hayat Foundation Semarang Branch is a strategy Rationalization by using opportunities to suppress the weaknesses in the company.
