PEMBERDAYAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KEMAJUAN MASYARAKAT DESA LORAM KULON, KECAMATAN JATI, KABUPATEN KUDUS

Abstract

This research was conducted in Loram Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency which aims to
analyze how much influence community empowerment has on improving the economy in the village of
Loram. Factors affecting human resources consist of anything and community empowerment analysis.
Primary data sources are by direct interview with the head of the tourism conscious group, the tourism
community, and the surrounding community. In addition, the author also uses secunder data with
references from various sources on the website, data analysis techniques using snowball sampling and
purposive snowball. As for data collection techniques, the researcher uses systematic as follows:
participant observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation
The results of the study of the influence of community empowerment in improving the tourism
economy, factors affecting human resources and community empowerment analysis simultaneously
greatly influence the regional income and tourism progress and increase the community's registration.
