Abstract


This study aims to find out: 1) the influence of the work environment on employee turnover; 2)
The Effect of the Work Environment on Employee Turnover with Working Duration as
Moderating Variable; 3) Effect of Compensation on employee turnover; 4) Effect of
Compensation on employee turnover with working duration as moderating variable; 5) Effect
of Job Stress on Employee Turnover; 6) Effect of Job Stress on Employee Turnover with
Working Duration as Moderating Variable on CV. Multi-use Fiber Semarang.Data collection
method in this study is a sample method using a questionnaire with a population of 40
employees. The number of questionnaires that can be processed in this study are 37
questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research uses classical assumption test,
simple linear regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis (MRA).
The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work environment has no effect on employee turnover,
2) Work duration cannot strengthen the work environment affect employee turnover, 3)
Compensation affects employee turnover, 4) Work duration cannot strengthen Compensation
affect employee turnover , 5) Job stress does not affect employee turnover, 6) Work duration
cannot strengthen Job Stress affecting employee turnover on CV. Multi-use Fiber Semarang.
