THE EFFECT OF LOCATION, PRODUCT QUALITY AND SERVICE QULITY TOWARDS REVENUE OF TRADERS AT PASAR MIJEN SEMARANG

Abstract


Revenue  for  traders who sell at Pasar Mijen Semarang totaling 143 people  is  influenced by  selling locations, the  quality  of  products sold as well as the quality of service provided to customers. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the market traders in an  effort  to increase revenue Mijen Market Semarang .
         Population  of  143  people  are  traders  at   the  Pasar Mijen Semarang, where sampling  using  simple  random  sampling,  and  the  number  of   samples   taken  59 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing  partially or simultaneously. The calculations show that the variable quality of the   goods   sold  research  gives  merchants  the  greatest  influence  on  income, the regression coefficient value of 0.345 or 34.5 percent . The hypothesis  states  that  the location , the quality of goods and services affect the quality of the erchant  revenue partially  acceptable  because  the t value of each variable , ie ..801,4.911 and 4.094 t greater than 2.00247 table. F  calculated  value 7853is  greater  than  the F  table  is 2.77 , so the hypothesis that that location , quality of goods and service  quality affect the income trader simultaneously acceptable .
