EFFECT OF ROLE CONFLICT , FATIGUE EMOTIONAL AND JOB SATISFACTION COMMITMENT TO THE ORGANIZATION PT . NYONYA MENEER SEMARANG

Abstract


This study aims to identify and explain the influence of role conflict, emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang.

Samples are 175 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study pusposive sampling is sampling based criteria or considerations include: permanent employees who are still actively working on the PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang, employees who already have a minimum term of 5 years and at least high school educated employees and worked in production.

The results showed that (1) there is a negative and significant effect of role conflict on organizational commitment, (2) there is a negative and significant effect between emotional exhaustion on organizational commitment, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on commitment organization.
