EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND TEAM WORK THROUGH THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE IN PT. CITRA ALAM LESTARI SEMARANG

Abstract


An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of goals and objectives that have been set by the company. Performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work accomplished by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and team work on job satisfaction and employee performance

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Natural Bieber as many as 114 people. Samples taken a number of 53 people and the technique used is proportional random stratified sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.

Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; There is a significant positive influence on job satisfaction amongst compensation, it proved the value of t (5.132)> t table (1.675) or t sig 0.000 <0.053. There is a significant positive effect between the team work on job satisfaction, proven value of t (4.562)> t table (1.675) or sig t (0.000) <0.05. There is a significant positive influence between compensation and team work together on job satisfaction, proven value of the F-count (45.036)> F-table (3.183) or sig F (0,000) <0.05. There is a significant positive influence between the compensation to employee performance, proven value of t (2.115)> t table (1,675) or 0,040 t sig <0.05. There is a significant positive effect between the team work on employee performance, proven value of t (2.353)> t table (1.675) or sig t (0.023) <0.05. There is a significant positive effect between job satisfaction on employee performance, proven value of t (2.126)> t table (1.675) or sig t (0.039) <0.05. There is a significant positive effect between compensation, team work and job satisfaction together on employee performance, proven value of the F-count (23.636)> F-table (2,794) or sig F (0,000) <0.05.
