Abstract


This research aims to determine the effect of leadership, workload, and work conflict on employee performance and its impact on the intensity of the turnover on the CV. Jati Utama Semarang.

The population in this study were all employees at CV. Jati Utama Semarang with the number of 95 employees. The samples are 95 respondents with non probability sampling techniques, especially using census or sample saturated in which the entire amount of the population used as a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with a 2-stage or two stage least square.

From the results of the regression equation obtained showed leadership, workload, and work conflicts influence on employee stress, and stress affect the intensity of employee turnover. From the test results of partial hypothesis states that the leadership variable significant effect on work stress, work load significantly influence work stress and work conflict significantly influence work stress and work stress have a significant effect on turnover intensity. From the results of the test are simultaneously known that variable leadership, workload, and conflict work together to stress exhibited significantly affect employee.
