Abstract

This research  aimed to analyze the influence of position, class and education to internal communications in North Semarang District Office. This study describes the factors that influence the internal communication. These factors are position, class and education data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires filled out by employees of the District Office North Semarang.

While the sampling technique used in this study using census sampling techniques, sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. The sample in this study is equal to all of the population there, because the population is less than 100, then the sample is all that there is a population of some 35 employees.

The method of analysis in this study using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results of the t test showed that all independent variables is the variable position, class and education partially affect the dependent variable internal communication and the results of the F test showed that all independent variables variable position, class and education simultaneously have a positive and significant on the dependent variable internal communications.

Based on the analysis of data that have been made to all the data obtained, it can be concluded as follows: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of the variable positions (X1) to internal communication (Y). This is evidenced by tcount (2.191)> t table (2.037) and pvalue (Sig. = 0.036) <0.05. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of the variable group (X2) on internal communication (Y). This is evidenced by tcount (4.709)> t table (2.037) and pvalue (Sig. = 0.000) <0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of the education variable (X3) on internal communication (Y). This is evidenced by tcount (2.295)> t table (2.037) and pvalue (Sig. = 0.029) <0.05. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between positions (X1), class (X2) and education (X3) simultaneously to the internal communication (Y). This is indicated by the calculated F value (30.576)> F table (3.32) with a significance of 0.000. Thus if the position, class and education the better it will increase the effectiveness of internal communication.
