PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HONORER DINAS BINA MARGA PENGAIRAN DAN ESDM KABUPATEN JEPARA

Abstract


This study aims to identify factors - factors that affect employee performance honorary Department of Highways Irrigation and ESDM Jepara regency. Factors - factors that work motivation, job satisfaction and work environment. Employees who have a high motivation to work will have a positive impact for organizations, so as to achieve organizational goals. Hypothesis testing is done by spreading the questionnaire as many as 50 employees honorary Highways Agency Irrigation and ESDM Jepara regency. The analysis is validity, reliability, hypothesis with SPSS version 16, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the calculation of data and analysis used, the regression equation is:

Y = 0,361X1 + 0,366X2 + 0,213X3

By using multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that work motivation (X1) positive and significant impact on employee motivation. With t value at 2.393 and 0.021 significance value of less than 0.05 so that (Ho) refused and (Ha) accepted. Thus, it means that the hypothesis that motivation to work has a positive influence on employee performance is acceptable or unsubstantiated. There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of job satisfaction (X2) on the performance of employees. With t value at 2.158 and significant value of 0.036 is less than 0.05, so that (Ho) refused and (Ha) accepted. So the job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work environment variables (X3) with t value of 2.058 and a significance value of 0.045 is less than 0.05, so that (Ho) refused and (Ha) accepted. So that the work environment positive effect on employee performance is acceptable or unsubstantiated. It can be concluded that the motivation, job satisfaction and work environment has a significant influence on employee performance honorary Department of Highways Irrigation and ESDM Jepara regency.
