ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP, COMPENTATION, AND SATISFACTION WORK OF LOYALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY EMPLOYEES SINAR MULYA ABADI

Abstract


The main challenge in managing human resource in a factory is how to improve employees’ loyalty and productivity . In processing of improving loyalty,productivity and developing human resource, we need some management programs of  human resource such as : function analysis, good selection, career plan, payment of wages, orientation, transformation ledership etc.  Good productivity will create the purpose of the factory.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of transformation leadership, compensation and satisfaction job to loyalty and employees’ productivity Sinar Mulya Abadi simultaneously. The population in this researh is all of Sinar Mulya Abadi employees, they are sixty people. Alla of the employees  are taken tobe sample because they are less than one hundred.  we use questionnaire in collecting data. In data analyzing we use validity test, reliability test and analysis double regression. In hypothesis test we use t test and koefesien determination.

The first model regression equality from this research is Y = 4,554 0,121X1 – 0,039 X2 0,317X3, the second model is done by  Y= 6,506  183X. Analying every variable shows that the variable of transformation leadership has t counting smaller than t table that is 0,834<1,6725, compensation variable has t counting smaller than t table that is -0,193<1,6725, satisfaction job variablehas t counting larger than t table that is 1,908>1,6725. Independent variable capability of transformassion leadership (x1), compensation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) in explaining loyality dependent variable(Y1) is adjusted R square 15% while the  rest is 85% is explained by other variable that is not researched. In the second model loyality variable to productivity has t counting larger than t table, that is 1,712>1,6725. The ability of loyalty variable to productivity is adjusted R square 3,2 %, while the rest 96,8 %

From the result of this research, we hope that Sinar Mulya Abadi will begin to pay attention and do improvement from some aspects such as transformassion leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction consistently. In order to make them walk together so they can reach the purpose the factory.
