Abstract


This study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction Environment, and Loyality to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. Total sample of 80 respondents who constitute the entirety of the population PT. Perwira Bhakti Sentra Sejahtera Semarang so used saturated samples.
Among 80 questionnaires distributed to the employees of PT. Perwira Bhakti Sentra Sejahtera Semarangcan be processed to fulfill the objectives of this study. Results of this study proved that only organizational climates and employees’ satisfaction have significant influences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)of the employees of PT. Perwira Bhakti Sentra Sejahtera Semarang.
The analysis technique used is multiple regression method and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that the variable Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Environment and Loyality variable has positive but not significant committed to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And the variable that has the most dominant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is variable Job Satisfaction. From this study were obtained R2 value of 70.8%, meaning that 70.8 of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variable could be explained by independent variable. The remaining 29.2% is explained by the other variables outside the equation.
