PENGARUH KREDIBILITAS PERBANKAN DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT UNTUK MENGGUNAKAN JASA PERBANKAN (Studi Empiris BMT Nu Sejahtera Cabang Majapahit Semarang)

Abstract


Customer satisfaction is born because it provides good quality services which include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study aims to determine the effect of banking credibility and quality of service to the interest for the use of banking services (BMT Empirical Study on Consumer Welfare Branch NU Majapahit Semarang).
The population in this study are customers who use the services of BMT NU Welfare Branch of Majapahit Semarang as many as 1913 people (data in August 2015), with a sample of 96 people with accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and t test and F test
The results showed a positive effect on the variable banking credibility of the interest in using banking services customers BMT NU Welfare Branch Majapahit Semarang, with regression coefficient for 0167, and the value of t arithmetic (2,010)> t table (1,989). There is a positive effect of the variable quality of service to the interests of customers to use banking services BMT NU prosperous Majapahit Semarang branch, with a regression coefficient of 0.158 and t value (2,262)> t table (1,989). There is a positive effect on the variable banking credibility and quality of service to the interest for the use of banking services customers BMT NU Welfare Branch Majapahit Semarang, with a value of F (8,164)> F table (3,105) and sign (0,000) <sign α (0,05).
Advice can be given should BMR NU Sejahtera to pay more attention to the credibility of the banking, service quality as one of the efforts to increase the interest to use banking services.
