Abstract


This study aims to determine: (1) Effect of variable awards (2) Effect of variable self-actualization needs (3) The influence of social variables to understanding the needs of distributors Enterprise Salts of CV Rajawali Mas Semarang.
This research is categorized as research survey, in which the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study are all distributor PT Rajawali Mas Semarang as many as 738 agents. Samples taken in this study were 88 respondents. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analisys while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple regression.
The study found that: There is influence between Needs, Self Actualization Needs and Social Needs to increased sales to the concept of entrepreneurship as an intervening variable is as follows t table is 4,411, 2,183, 4,411> 1,662, and the significance of under 0,05. Contributions are independent of the dependent variable is (R2) was 0%. The regression equation obtained was Y = 1.096 0.316X1 + 0161 + X2 + 0.472 X3
