PENGARUH REWARD, PUNISHMENT, BEBAN KERJA, DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA KARYAWAN PT ANDALAN ARTHALESTARI SEMARANG)

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of reward, punishment, workload, and training towards work productivity of employees at PT Andalan Arthalestari Semarang.
The population in this study are all employees of PT Andalan Arthalestari Semarang. Samples taken 100 employees or respondents with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The variable in this study it is reward (X1), punishment (X2), workload (X3), training (X4), and employee productivity (Y).
Method of collecting data using questionnaires or question form, the study of the literature, and interviews. Instrument of the research using the test validity and reliability tests. Data analysis in this study uses the classic assumption test includes testing normality test, multikolonieritas, heteroskedastisitas, and testing of hypothesis testing includes test coefficient determination (R2), test t (partial test), and the F test (test simultaneously) using the analysis tool is SPPS.
From this research it can be concluded that there was no influence significantly between reward, punishment, and the workload against work productivity of employees with the highest significance to reward = 0,722, punishment = 0,123, and the workload = 0.76, which means no impact employee productivity, and there is the influence of training against work productivity of employees with the highest significance 0,002. It is recommended to the PT Andalan Arthalestari Semarang to maximize and improve training and reward, as well as for future research can add samples and other variables that can be used in the workplace affect the productivity of employees.
