PENGARUH PROSEDUR PEMBIAYAAN, SISTEM KEANGGOTAAN, PERANGKAT KERJA, TERHADAP PENGENDALIAN RISIKO, YANG DI MEDIASI OLEH RENCANA STRATEGIS PADA KJKS BMT HUBBUL WATHON CABANG UNGARAN

Abstract

In KJKS BMT Hubbul branch Wathon financing Ungaran there were 500 members consisting of 5 types of financing are: Murabaha, Ijara, Mudaraba, Musharaka, and Qord / Qordhul Hasan. While that is used as the sample amounted to 83 members. Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) Hubbul Wathon are Islamic financial institutions incorporated cooperative was first established in the District Sumowono, Semarang regency. BMT Hubbul Wathon operational in date August 26, 1999 and approved by the Department of Cooperative Semarang district on December 13, 2000 by Legal Entity number: 227 / BH / KDK.II.I / XII / 2000. Authors conducted a study to analyze the effect of the financing procedures membership system working device against risk control mediated by the strategic plan. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence with regression koefien 0289 and the procedure of financing with risk control with 3,535 t> t table 1,668. There is a positive and significant influence with regression coefficient between the 0203 membership system to control risk by 2,281 t> t table 1,668. There is a positive and significant influence with regression coefficient 0648 between work devices with risk control with 8542 t count> t table 1,668. Their mutual effect between the membership systems financing procedures work on the control of risk with the results of 84 560 F count> F table 2.71 with significant value 0.000. There pemgaruh positive and significant correlation between risk control with a strategic plan by 0407 with a regression coefficient hitung3.752 t> t table 1,668 with significant value 0.000. With the strategic plan is expected to have positive impact on financing procedures, increasing the number of members of financing, as well as increase the income of the cooperative sharia, enhance the competitiveness of the products offered on the BMT Hubbul Wathon.
