Abstract


Semarang Timur sub-district is one of the districts whose population is quite large. With a population that is most certainly have an impact on services provided by employees of district. Good service is certainly supported by the performance of employees. Employee performance can be enhanced when supported with extensive education, training who ever lived and infrastructure owned establishments. If the variable is having problems, then the employee career development will be hampered. Based on this background peulis taking the title: EFFECT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES ON CAREER DEVELOPMENT EMPLOYEE LOYALTY CONSEQUENTIAL SEMARANG EAST DISTRICT OFFICE.Sampling a total of 74 employees in the District of Semarang East. The results of this study are: 1. Based on the test results "t" of each independent variable (Education (3.152), training (2,557) and infrastructure (2,506) note that "t" count> "t" table (1.99), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means individually there are positive and significant influence between independent variables (education, training and infrastructure) to the dependent variable (career development (11.519) on employee loyalty research hypothesis is accepted. 2. Based on calculations using the tools of statistical program SPSS 17.0 for Windows can be explained that the coefficient of determination (R ²) amounted to 0,765, or 76.5%. This means that the independent variable (education, training and infrastructure) together - together affect the dependent variable (career development) amounted to 76.5%. While the rest of 23.5%. Influenced by other factors not in this study. 3. The value of the coefficient of determination (R ²) is approximately 0.643 or 64.3%. This means that the independent variable (career development) affect the dependent variable (loyalty) of 64.3%. While the remaining 35.7%. Influenced by other factors not in this study.
