Abstract


CV. Mega Anther Semarang located at Jalan Raya East Srikaton No.51-52 Semarang was established by Deed No. 16 dated March 9, 2007 by Notary Titi Ananingsih, SH. Certificate of incorporation has been approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia with SK. No. Y. a. 7/3215 / 2 on April 10, 2008. The Articles of Association of the company has been established in the certificate of incorporation, which in Article 5.
Population is a collection of individuals or objects of research that have the qualities and characteristics that have been set. And based on these characteristics, the population can be understood as a group of individuals or objects of observation that has at least one common characteristic (Cooper and Emory, 2005: 93). Based on the quality and characteristics of the population can be understood as a group of individual observations that have at least one thing in common. The population in this study were all employees who work in the CV. Mega Anther Semarang totaling 76 people.
