PENGARUH BUDAYA KAIZEN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN SELF EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING ( STUDY IN PT. DJARUM UNIT SKT KRADENAN KUDUS )

Abstract


This research is motivated by decreasing the speed of production at PT Djarum SKT Kradenan because the rules of the government and BPOM about installing spooky image and date of production so that the resulting decline in the speed of production, sebuhungan with these conditions, the researchers took the title "How much influence the culture of kaizen on employee performance with self efficacy as moderating variable at PT Djarum Kudus Kradenan SKT ".In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 89 respondents in which the respondents were employees at PT Djarum Kudus Kradenan SKT. Then analysis of the data - the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis covering the validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, test hypotheses by F test and t test analysis and test the coefficient of determination. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with moderating regressionanalysis(MRA). The results of the analysis found that seiri and Seiton not have a significant influence on employee performance, while shiketsu has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Then through the F test showed that the variables seiri, Seiton and shiketsu simultaneously significant effect on the performance karyawan.angka Adjusted R square of 0.397 indicates that the variable ability seiri, Seiton and shiketsu in explaining the variable performance of employees amounted to 39.7%. And there are still 60.3% of other variables that influence the variable Y.
