PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA, PENGALAMAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMPETENSI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus pada KUD “PATI KOTA” Kabupaten Pati)

Abstract


Human Resources in KUD "Pati Kota" is the most fundamental thing that should be monitored and enhanced in order to KUD "Pati Kota" can still exist amid the mushrooming of other cooperatives that raises competitiveness amid unfavorable economic situation. One step to improve employee productivity KUD "Pati Kota" is to measure the extent to which the ability, the experience and the training their employees have been followed. This study aimed to analyze the Effect of Job Skills, Experience and Training on Productivity Employees at Work competence as an intervening variable (Case Study at KUD "Pati Kota" Pati District). The formulation of the problem is the ability to see the impact of the employment of labor competence, the effect of work experience on the job competence, influence job training to job competence, simultaneously influence work ability, experience, and training on the job competencies and work competence influence on employee productivity. Samples taken in this study as many as 80 employees KUD "Pati Kota". The analysis used are validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The data obtained were then processed using SPSS version 20.
The results showed the first hypothesis in this study was rejected because tcount < ttable is 0,962 < 1,992, the second hypothesis in this study was also rejected because tcount < ttable is -2,580 < 1,992, the third hypothesis in this study received due tcount > ttable namely 3,211 > 1,992, the fourth hypothesis in this study received due Fcount > Ftable is 5,769 > 2,725 and fifth hypothesis is also accepted as tcount > ttable namely 3,838 > 1,991.
