PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN ADAPTASI DENGAN LINGKUNGAN, PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS YANG BERDAMPAK PADA KINERJA PEMETIK TEH (Studi kasus di Perkebunan Teh Medini Kabupaten Kendal)

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of adaptability to the environment, people's behavior and work stress on the productivity of workers who have an impact on the performance of the tea pickers in Medini Tea Plantation Kendal. The research was conducted by a census of 218 workers in the tea pickers Tea Plantation Medini Kendal and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the productivity is very significantly influenced by the effect of work stress compared adaptability to the environment and people's behavior. Goodness of Fit Testing showed adaptation to the effects of environmental variables, the variable behavior of the community, work stress variables are acceptable, a significant effect either partially or simultaneously to productivity. The positive effects gained from a variable influence adaptation to the environment and society while behavioral variables obtained from the negative effects of job stress. While testing the coefficient of determination shows that the ability to adapt to the environment and people's behavior has an effect on the productivity of 33,4%, while 78.3% of productivity have influence on performance.
