ANALISIS PENGARUH ETOS KERJA, PERILAKU KERJA DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB KERJA TERHADAP RESTRUKTURISASI ORGANISASI MELALUI CHARACTER BUILDING SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT REHOBAT UNIT LAYER FARM II LIMBANGAN KENDAL

Abstract


In January 2016, PT REHOBAT Unit Layer Farm II restructured the organization by raising new manager. Authors conducted a study to analyze the effect of the work ethic, work behavior and work responsibilities towards restructuring the organization through character building as an intervening variable.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence with regression coefficient between 0166 and work ethic with character building with 2,690 t> t table 1,982. There is a positive and significant influence with regression coefficient 0.230 and the working behavior with character building with 2,961 t> t table 1,982. There is a positive and significant influence with regression coefficient 0.239 and the responsibility of working with character building with 3,564 t> t table 1,982. The influence jointly between the work ethic, work behavior and work responsibilities towards character building with 32 666 F count> F table 2.69 with a significance value of 0.000. There is a positive and significant influence between character building with organizational restructuring with regression coefficient 0.385 with hitung2.134 t> t table 1,982 with significant value 0.035.
From the path analysis test no influence mediation character building in mediating the relationship between work ethics to organizational restructuring with the t value 1.5717 <t table 1982, there was no effect of mediation character building in mediating the relationship between work behavior toward organizational restructuring with the t value -1.6056 <t table 1982, there was no effect of mediation character building in mediating the relationship between work responsibilities towards organizational restructuring with the t value 1.2466 <t table 1,982.
By restructuring the organization is expected to have a positive impact on employee performance, improve enterprise efficiency, enhance corporate competitiveness, foster internal growth and improve the company's assets.
