EFFECT OF INTELLECTUAL INTELLIGENCE , INTELLIGENCE EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES PT . TRESNAMUDA SEJATI SEMARANG

Abstract


Employee performance greatly assist the company in achieving short-term goals and long term. Employee performance as the ultimate goal and the way the various managers to ensure that the activities of employees and output in accordance with the organization's goals. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees of PT. Tresnamuda Sejati Semarang.
The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tresnamuda Sejati Semarang as many as 46 people. Samples taken a number of 46 employees, it is called a population study called the census method. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.
Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; There is a significant positive effect between intellectual intelligence on employee performance, proven value of the regression coefficient intelligence (b1) of 0.389 and t (2.151)> t table (1,680) or t sig 0.037 <0.05. There is a significant positive effect between emotional intelligence on employee performance, proven value of the regression coefficient emotional intelligence (b2) of 0.399 and t (2.206)> t table (1,680) or sig t (0.033) <0.05. There is a significant positive effect between spiritual intelligence on employee performance, proven value of the regression coefficient spiritual intelligence (b3) of 0.397 and t (2.495)> t table (1,680) or sig t (0.017) <0.05, there are significant significant positive between the intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together on employee performance, this is evidenced in the statistical analysis where F count (47.191)> F table (2.827) or sig F (0,000) <0.05, with Thus H4 diteri¬ma. The coefficient of determination is 0.755, which means a variation changes the performance of employees of PT. Tresnamuda Sejati Semarang influenced intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence amounted to 75.5%, while the remaining 24.5% is influenced by other factors beyond the research
