INFLUENCE OF MOTIVATION , WORK ENVIRONMENT AND LEADERSHIP ON THE JOB SATISFACTION AND IMPLICATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (A CASE STUDY IN THE DIPONEGORO MLITARY COMMAND)

Abstract


The goal of work for someone is not only to get the salary, but the main goal is to reach the satisfaction. Satisfaction can be reached is the performance is appropiate with the fact is hoped. Someone’s performance is influenced by some aspect such as : motivation, work environment and leadership in the agency.
The population of this observation are all of the employee of Kodam IV Diponegoro, while the sample are 52 employee. The result of this observation are :Value t count from the influence work motivation variable to the employee’s satisfaction is 4,188 > t table = 2,01 with significancy = 0,000 < a = 0,05 so (significant). So the hypothesa 1 (H1) that there is a variable influence work motivation to the employee,s work satisfaction at Kodam IV Diponegoro is proved.The result of hypothesa test shows that environment variable value (X2) (t count = 5,187 > t table 2,01) by significant mask = 0,001 < a = 0,05 so (significant). So, the hypothesa 2 (H2) that there is a variable influence of work environment to the employee of Kodam IV Diponegoro proof partially positive influence and significant to the employee’s work satisfaction in Kodam IV Diponegoro Semarang.The result of hypothesa test shows that t count from variable influence of the leadership to the employees work satisfaction 3,605 > t table = 2,01 with significant value = 0,001 < a = 0,05 so (significant). So, hypothesa 3 (H3) that there is a variable influence of leadership of to the employee’s work satisfaction at Kodam IV Diponegoro is proved.Value t count from variable influence work satisfaction to the work performance is 6,193 > t table =2,01 with significant value = 0,000 < a=0,05 so significant so hypothesa 3 (H3) that there is a variable influence of work satisfaction to the work performannce at Kodam IV Diponegoro is proved.
