EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE TRAINING SYSTEMS WORK AND LEADERSHIP STYLE ON SPINNING SPIRIT OF EMPLOYEE UNIT 1 (ONE) PT SINAR PANTJA DJAJA ( Sritex GROUP) SEMARANG

Abstract


Employee morale is crucial for better or worse the quality and quantity of production in a company. With the good training and ongoing basis, working system for field conditions and how a leader in managing employees and provide solutions within a company can boost employee morale in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of employee training systems work and leadership style on employee morale in the spinning unit 1 (one) PT Sinar Pantja Djaja (Sritex GROUP) Semarang.
The population in this study were all employees spinning unit 1 (one) PT Sinar Pantja Djaja (Sritex GROUP) Semarang, which numbered 400 people. The sample used in this study as many as 80 people. Side technique used is purposive sampling. Statistical analysis was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.
Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; employee training has a negative and significant impact on employee morale, it can be proved t value for the training of employees is 1,095 <t-table or sig t 1.665 0.000 <0.05, there is a significant negative influence of the work system on morale employee this can be proved t-count systems work is 1,418 <t-table 1.665 or 0.003 t sig <0.05, there is a significant positive effect between leadership style on employee morale, it can be demonstrated leadership style t-test 9135> t the table was 1,665 or 0,001 t sig <0.05, there is a significant positive effect between employee training, work systems and leadership styles together against the spirit of this work can be proved F count 62.641 > F-table with a value of 3,117 F sig 0.000 <0.05.
