THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP STYLE AND LABOR DICIPLINE TOWARD EMPLOYES PERFOMANCE WITH OCB TOBE INTERVENING VARIABLE (Empirical Study Of KSP Bina Usaha Utama Semarang)

Abstract


The problem that has risen at KSP Bina Usaha Utama Semarang is the employee are not motivated to work and less of dicipline. By those problem this research want to know how to increase employee’s performance through transformative leadership, labor discipline and organization citizenship behavior (OCB). The aim of this research is to know whether there is influence between transformative leadership style, labor discipline and OCB through employee’s performance.The population of this research as all the employee KSP Bina Usaha Utama Semarang that consist of 50 people. This research use sampling technique by using sensus, so the sample is all the employee KSP Bina Usaha Utama Semarang as many as 50 people. Questioner is used as the technique of colletcting data, and SPSS programm 14.0 version technique is used for analyzing the data.By using double linier regresive the result showed that Transformative leadership style is not influented through OCB because t count is -563 and the significant value is 0,567 more than 0,05. Labor Dicipline has positive impact through OCB because t count is 6,803 and the significant value is 0,000 less than 0,05. Transformative leadership style has positive impact through employee’s performance because t count is 11,243 and significant value is 0,000 less than 0,05. Then labor Dicipline has negative influence and significant through employee’s performance because t count is -5,526 and significant value is 0,000 less than 0,05.
