Abstract


The overall objective of this research is: Knowing the morale effect on the performance of staff at the Department of Finance and Asset Management of the city, to know the effect of labor discipline on the performance of staff at the Department of Finance and Asset Management of the city, know the effect of morale and discipline of work collectively the performance of employees at the Department of Finance and Asset Management Semarang City.
This type of research is research that is explaining the effect of morale and discipline on employee performance. While research method by using multiple regression analysis. The sample used in this study as many as 75 employees of the Department of Finance and Asset Management Semarang City.
The variables in this study is divided into two, namely Variables (independent) variables include Morale (X1), the variable Work Discipline (X2) and Bound variable (dependent) ie Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Employee Performance (Y2).
It can be concluded that the satisfaction of impact or influence on the performance of employees, which amounted to 3.579 t value greater than the value t table of 1.993. This is because the better the morale and discipline of the effect on employee job satisfaction and will have an impact on performance.
