Abstract


Employee morale PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang during the last five years showed a decrease, it can be seen from the increasing number of employee absences and the number of times the warning given either orally or in writing by the management to the employees of PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang. This research aims to determine the effect of education, employability and work discipline against casual employee morale at PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang.
The population in this study is a casual employee at PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang with a sample of 76 people with census sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and t test and F test
The results showed a positive effect of the education variable against casual employee morale at PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang with regression coefficient 0,153 or 15,3%. There is a positive effect of variable work ability against casual employee morale at PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang, the regression coefficient 0,892 or 89,2%.
There is a positive effect of variable work discipline against casual employee morale at PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang, with a regression coefficient of 0,140 or 14,0%. There is a positive effect of the education variable against casual employee morale at PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang with F count (81,537)> F table (2,730) and the sign (0,000).
Should a management of PT Temprina Media Graphic Semarang improve education, ability to work, work discipline and morale
