Abstract


This research aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and quality of work life on employee performance in PD. BKK Dempet Demak district. sample collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews, research conducted with total samplingsampel method used in this study amounted to 68 employees, and it is becoming responden.dan 68 pupolasi analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20.0.
The Results showeda positiveand significantinfluenceon thestylekepemipinanon employee performanceis shownon theregression coefficientsfor the variablesof leadership style(X1) thitung0282(2483>ttabel1.6682) or thesignificance of t(0.016 <0.05). The positive influenceand notsignificantmotivationon employee performanceis shownon thevalue ofthe regressioncoefficientformotivation(X2) thitung0176(1738>ttabel1.6682) or thesignificance of t(0.087> 0.05). The influencepoitifand significantofthe qualityof working lifeof theemployee's performanceis shownon theregression coefficientsfor the variablequality of work life(X3) 0786thitung(7448>ttabel1.6682) or thesignificance of t(0.000<0.05),the variablequality of work life(X2) hasthe mostsignificant positive effecton the performanceof employees.
