EFFECT OF ORGANIZATION CULTURE, JOB SATISFACTION AND LEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATION COMMITMEN AT PT. BANK MEGA Tbk SEMARANG

Abstract


This research object is PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Jl. Pandanaran No. 82, Semarang is an Indonesian
company and a limited company engaged in banking financial services. Based on data, credit card marketing
realization by employees of Bank Mega in 2015 only amounted to 88.62% achieved by the trends in the last three
months of the month from October to December 2015 decreased. The decline is due to the company's
commitment to employees is relatively low. It is thought to employees' commitment to the organization is low.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and leadership.
The population of this study were employees of PT. Bank Mega Tbk, Jl. Pandanaran No. 82, Semarang
credit card division amounted to 105 people. The sample in this study was 105 people. Type of data is a primary.
Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.
Results of analysis by using multiple regression analysis showed that: 1). Organizational culture
proven influence on organizational commitment (t test = 2,187 and sig. 0,031 < α = 0,05). 2). Job satisfaction
proven influence on organizational commitment (t test = 4,291 and sig. 0,000 < α = 0,05). 3). Leadership
influence proven on organizational commitment (t test = 8,031 and sig. 0,000 < α = 0,05). 4). Organizational
culture, job satisfaction and leadership proven influence on organizational commitment together (F test =
116,313 and sig. 0,000 < α = 0,05).
