SISTEM KERJA KONTRAK, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MNC KABEL MEDIACOM

Abstract


This research was conducted at PT. Mediacom Cable MNC located in commercial Saka
Square A3. Jl Majapahit No. 73A, Village Pandean Lamper, Gayamsari District, Semarang, Central
Java. Which aims to analyze whether contract employees of PT. Mediacom Cable MNC already
satisfied with the contract system to provide the best employment outcomes in PT. Mediacom Cable
MNC use first: dimensionalisasi working system with temporary work contracts, work with the
specified time, seasonal, new products. The second style of leadership with dimensionalisasi directive
leadership, supportive leadership, participative leadership, achievement-oriented leadership. Third
dimensionalisasi compensated with wages, incentives, perks and facilities The number of respondents
in this study to be sampled was 60 employees using a questionnaire and FAQ. The method in this study
using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that: a) The system of
contract labor has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, this result proved by the
t value is greater than the value t table is 2.388> 0.227 or t significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Thus the
system of contract labor has positive influence on employee performance. b) leadership style has a
positive and significant impact on employee performance, this result proved by the t value is greater
than the value t table is 0.596> 0.227 or t significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Thus the leadership style
has positive influence on employee performance. c) compensation has a positive and significant impact
on employee performance, this result proved by the t value is greater than the value t table is 3.216>
0.227 or t significance value of 0.003 <0.05. Thus compensating positive influence on employee
performance.
