Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, communication,and financial
compensation on PT.HIT Polytron Kudus implication on productivity. The data were obtained from the presentation
of data from the respondens (questioners), and the result of others studies that revelan with object studied. In this
case the primary datafrom the PT.HIT Polytron Kudus. The statiscal analysis used in this study is multiple
regression analysis using SPSS 20. The finding of this suggest that the motivation intrinsic, communication, and
financial compensation serempakeously (together) and significancy effect on employee’s performance production
video preparation on PT.HIT Polytron Kudus. In 2015. This is evidenced by the result of F test with a significance
level below 0,05. Internal motivation, communication, financial compensation are partially and significantly
effecton the employees performance. This evidended by the result of t test. Independent variable are effect each
dependent variabel. If the significance level below 0,05. Intrinsic motivation withsignificance level
0,002.communication significance 0,015. And financial compencation with significance 0,038. And employees
performance effect on productivity with significance level 0,000.
