PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PLUS TRONIK SEMARANG

Abstract


Employee performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work accomplished by an employee
in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Companies must improve
employee performance through compensation, leadership and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research to
analyze the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as an
intervening variable in Plus Tronik Semarang.
The population in this study were all employees at Plus Tronik Semarang with the number 35. Samples
were taken 35 people. The sampling technique is a saturation sampling technique (census). Statistical analysis
was conducted on the multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.
Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded; There is a positive and significant impact on
job satisfaction compensation, proven t (5.295)> t table (1.692) or t sig 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and
significant impact on job satisfaction leadership, proven t (3.537)> t table (1.692) or sig t (0.001) <0.05. There
is a positive and significant impact compensation and leadership and jointly to job satisfaction, this is evidenced
in the statistical analysis where F count (43.217)> F table (3.295) or sig F (0,000) <0.05. There is a positive and
significant impact of compensationonemployeeperformance,provent(2.224)>ttable(1.692)ortsig
0.034 <0.05. There is a positive and significant impact on employee performance leadership, proven t (2.831)> t
table (1.692) or sig t (0.008) <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee
performance, proven t (2.127)> t table (1.692) or sig t (0.041) <0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of
compensation, leadership and job satisfaction together on employee performance, this is evidenced in the
statistical analysis where F count (35.913)> F table (2.911) or sig F (0,000)<0.05.
