Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and influence
kompesasi job satisfaction part of sewing PT MAXMODA INDO GLOBAL, determine the effect of
transformational leadership style and compensation to the intensity of employee turnover part sewing PT
MAXMODA INDO GLOBAL, determine job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style and
compensating for the intensity of employee turnover sewing section PT MAXMODA INDO GLOBAL. Adequate
compensation from the company, providing job satisfaction to work harder which can further improve the
performance so it will reduce the intensity of the impact of employee turnover.
The method used in this research is descriptive verification method of analysis, quantitative analysis,
regression analysis, path analysis and goodness of fit test. The method of data collection was done by using
questionnaires, interviews, and literature.
The results showed that the style of leadership and compensation proved positive and significant impact
on job satisfaction of employees. Transformational leadership and compensation proved a significant negative
effect on the intensity of the employee turnover. Job satisfaction shown to mediate the effect of leadership style
and compensation for the partial turnover intensity.
