ANALISIS PENGARUH INOVASI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MODAL PSIKOLOGI TERHADAP KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN YANG BERDAMPAK PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN PT BANDENG JUWANA ERLINA SEMARANG

Abstract


This research is motivated by the competitive conditions of businesses in tourism from
time to time even stronger, Advanced Research aims to manguji whether innovation,
organizational culture and capital psychological effect on the performance of employees with
employee involvement as an intervening variable is done in Bandeng Juwana Erlina located in the
City Semarang. In this method of research using purposive sampling of 110 respondents
employees Bandeng Juwana Erlina Semarang and analyzed using multiple linear regression with
SPSS version 17.Hasil showed that the variables of innovation has a significant positive effect
most to the involvement of employees compared with the variable of organizational culture and
psychological capital. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the variables of innovation,
organizational culture and psychology of capital towards employee engagement impact on
employee performance is acceptable and significant positive effect. While testing the coefficient of
determination shows that innovation, organizational culture and psychology capital 51.1% have
influence on employee engagement, employee engagement while 46.7% have an influence on
performance.
