PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, STRESS KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PT GEOGIVEN VISI MANDIRI SEMARANG

Abstract


The purpose this study to determine the effect of workload, job stress and work motivation on employee turnover
intention Visi Mandiri PT GeoGiven Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods and data collection
techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT GeoGiven
Visi Mandiri totaling 252 people. While the sample as many as 155 employees. The sample size was determined using
the formula Slovin. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression.
The results of this study indicate that the variable workload (X1) positive and significant impact on turnover intention.
Based on test results obtained t count 3.074 > ttable 1.655. Job stress (X2) positive and significant impact on turnover
intention, based on the results of the t test obtained t count 7,600 > t table 1.655, and motivation (X3) positive
andsignificantimpactontheturnoverintention(Y),basedontestresultsobtainedtcount
4.055 > t table 1.655. Job stress is the most dominant variable affecting turnover intention. Based on the analysis of
simultaneous test obtained F 147.681 F count > F table 2,66 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be
concluded that the workload, job stress and work motivation simultaneously positive and significant effect on turnover
intention. Based on the analysis of R square obtained yield was 0,746, or 74.6%, it can be concluded that the effect of
variable workload, job stress and work motivation on the turnover intention amounted to 74.6%, while the remaining
25.4% is influenced by othervariables.
