Abstract


This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of incentives Influence Financial, Non Financial Incentives and
Tools Against Human Resaure Employee Job Satisfaction with Implications Turnover Intention. Data collected through
questionnaires and conducted on 30 employees of PT. INHUTANI. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version
20.
The sampling technique used is the census methods and testing techniques of data used in this study include
tests of validity by factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Classical assumption test and multiple linear
regression analysis, to test and prove the hypothesis of the study.
The analysis showed that the first equation is Y1 = 0.292 X1 + 0.508 X2 + 0.324 X3 + e, which means variable
incentives Financial incentives Non-Financial and Human Resaure Tools positive influence on job satisfaction
variables and the second equation is Y2 = 0,287Y1 + e, which means variable job satisfaction is not positive and not
significant to prove .with Turnover Intention t value is smaller than the t table (1,646 t <t table 1,703) and with
numbers greater significance than at 0,05
