Abstract


This research titled Influence of compensation, work environment, and Organizational
Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with job satisfaction as an intervening
variable case study on PT. Fajar Lestari Sejati Semarang. Human Resources is a resource that is
very important in an organization. Organizations can run well, followed by the quality and
performance of human resources properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of
compensation, work environment and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship
behavior on employees of PT. Fajar Lestari Sejati Semarang based method census studies.
Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of
multiple linear regression analysis (SPSS output Version23) indicates the variable
compensation dansignifikan positive effect on OCB with t calculate equal to 3.605 with
significant values for X1 regression coefficient of 0.001 or less than 0.05 alpha. 

workenvironment variables not significant positive effect on OCB with t value of
2.509 and a significant value for the regression coefficient X2 0.16 or greater than alpha of
0.5 (5%). Variable organizational commitment positive and significant effect on OCB with the t
value of 3.627 and a significant value for the regression coefficient X3 0,001 or smaller than
alpha 0,005 (5%), variable job satisfaction positive and significant effect on OCB with the t value
of 3.651 and significant value for the regression coefficient Y 0,001 or less than alpha 0,05(5%).
